The site is located on the Warsak Road about 20 minutes drive from Saddar and the PAF Base. The selected land is spread over an area of 400-600 Kanals, catering for about 270 plots of 400/500 Sq yds each initially, with potential to be expanded to 1000 Kanals, if required. Lesser number of plots have been planned to ensure an open environment and privacy.
